While, I'd never go totally paleo (my heart and soul would die), I can see the benefits of incorporating it into our diet.
The first paleo recipe site I went to used like every possible spice and slivers of vegetables per recipe so I had to search for another one since I hate doing recipes that call for a laundry list of teeny little measurements of things.
The second one seemed better, but GEEZ paleo people like their different cooking oils. I had 3 different oils I had to buy, but since it was a bulk thing that wouldn't go bad I went with it.
Iggy got home and I told him Anna and I were going to go shopping and he immediately offered to go with me.
I couldn't have given him a bigger no.
Iggy's a horrible person to go grocery shopping with because he's cheap and he hates multiple stops. By multiple I mean any more than 1.
I knew that he just really didn't want to be left alone with the baby, hence the offer to come with me, but no dice.
Then he brightened and said that I should take the baby and he and Anna stay home. Anna's usually my shopping buddy since she's easier in the sense that she can at least sit on her own but baby Iggy can sit now, especially if he's strapped in. His only....drawback is he can get a little tempery when prolonged independence is required.
I tried to sell Iggy on Anna being more difficult at home but he was like "no way, I can just give Anna ice cream in bed with the Disney Channel playing and she'll be cool".
..........
"Not that I've done that before".
I've found ice cream remnants in the bed before people, but I thought Anna escaped Iggy, I didn't think he was her cohort.
Anyway, baby Iggy and I went to Sam's Club and he was remarkably well behaved. I think it also had to do with the fact that he never really gets alone time with me without Anna lurking in the corner.

(he was fascinated with a man's tie-dye shirt nearby haha)
He got a little antsy at checkout, so at our next stop, Trader Joe's up the street, I put him in the baby bjorn and felt bought some things, mostly odds and ends like organic stuff I can't buy anywhere else and snacks. Anna adores their fruit crushers.
All in all a good day. I'm starting to think I can tackle taking both of them out at the same time but that may be a huge overestimation =o
